How it Works

In 1971 the United States Congress enacted the F.C.R.A (Fair Credit Reporting Act) which was recently revised into the F.D.C.P.A (Fair Debts Collections Practices Act) to insure that the Credit Bureaus investigate the credit items disputed by consumers. These two Acts were set up to protect your credit rights. What these Acts do is hold your Creditors and Credit Bureaus legally responsible. That means each claim against your credit has to be proven with proper documentation.

Because of the F.C.R.A and the F.D.C.P.A, you as the consumer have the right to access your credit reports and hire Credit Management Systems to help you increase your credit score. Once we have a copy of your reports, we will go through the negative and derogatory items and work to get them removed. If a Credit Bureau cannot verify an item before completing its investigation, that item must be removed by law and they have to adjust your credit score.

Information on your Credit Report that contains inaccurate or outdated information is noted and then removed. We go directly through the Credit Reporting Agencies and Lending Institutions who placed the negative item on your report to remove it. Written confirmation of the deletion will be sent to you each and every time one occurs. You can expect to see results within the first forty-five day cycle. A Credit Management Systems case manager will be in contact with you each step of the program and always keep you informed. You are always welcome to call our office for information throughout the six cycle program. Should Credit Management Systems be unable to achieve a definite improvement on your credit we will gladly refund your money. THAT IS OUR GUARANTEE!!
